The Company
Church & Crawford is an oil and gas exploration and development (E&D) company formed to acquire, develop, and operate oil and gas properties with proven reserves, funded in 1988 reorganized by the current management in early March 2022, following a change of control of the company, Focus on proven fields exploited by well managed independent oil companies extracting reserves at lower risk and lower cost than unproved prospects provides services to 3rd party operators and partners. Our investors and founders has developed a balanced portfolio of properties with great proven and unproven reserves.
We also focus on international areas where major oil and gas producing companies have reduced their exploration efforts in search of larger reserves. Currently, we operated a Leasehold of approximately 4300 acres, located in close proximity to one of Oklahoma’s best reservoirs “STACK play” in the Anadarko Basin one of the best unconventional oil plays in the US with plenty of historical reports and geological data available with the potential to generate material value for investors by appraising and developing a combination discovered resources and near field exploration interests. Church & Crawford has the financial support from its majority shareholder American Funds LTC.
